Junior Functional Analyst Technical Skills: Language: Technical English B2 / C1 (Conversational) Microsoft Office Jira or another ticket management tool (basic ability to log tickets only) PowerPoint and presentation creation skills for reporting results Excel and ability to generate progress reports / results / behavioral analyses and charts No software development experience required Ability to understand how a web platform works to guide clients Operational Skills: Ability to understand corporate credit products Ability to receive training on a client’s new credit platform Ability to attend client meetings, comprehend the product, and guide clients through registration / credit application on a web platform Ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide guidance Customer service experience Location: CDMX Work Mode: On-site We Offer: Competitive salary Premium benefits Career development plan We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are based on attitude and talent.
