




Position Summary: We are seeking a CFE Application Coordinator to manage and coordinate all medium-voltage power supply processes, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire CFE application process for medium-voltage power supply installations. 2. Coordinates local agents and ensures compliance with technical requirements. 3. Serves as the primary liaison between the company and CFE, resolving incidents. We are expanding and looking for individuals who wish to add value to our team — join us as a **CFE APPLICATION COORDINATOR**. Key **responsibilities** include: * Managing and tracking the full CFE application process for medium-voltage power supply installations, from initial request through service contract execution. * Coordinating local agents’ activities, assigning tasks, reviewing progress, and ensuring compliance with technical and administrative requirements. * Compiling, organizing, and maintaining up-to-date documentation required by CFE, including technical files, applications, official letters, reviews, and progress reports. * Reviewing and validating the project’s medium-voltage technical documentation, such as drawings, technical specifications, single-line diagrams, and supplementary files submitted as part of the application. * Scheduling and coordinating site visits for surveys, technical verifications, and inspections requested by CFE. * Tracking appointments, technical meetings, observations, quotations, and approvals issued by CFE, ensuring timely and proper handling by internal teams and local agents. * Serving as the primary liaison among the company, local agents, and CFE’s operational departments, ensuring clear, timely, and continuous communication. * Addressing and resolving incidents affecting application progress by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and maintaining control over timelines and deliverables. **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering. **Work Experience:** * Prior direct experience working with CFE is desirable. * Demonstrable experience managing application procedures for medium-voltage interconnections. **Specific Technical Knowledge:** * Applicable CFE regulations governing medium-voltage supply, design, and construction. * Ability to review, interpret, and validate technical documentation, including drawings, electrical technical reports, single-line diagrams, and medium-voltage specifications. * Ability to communicate effectively with CFE’s technical and administrative departments. * Advanced organizational skills for file management and document control. * Proficiency in conducting site visits, scheduling appointments, and attending technical reviews. **Work Location**: Bosques de Duraznos, Bosque de las Lomas (residence must be within 1.5 hours’ commuting distance).
