Job Summary: We are seeking an AAPO Development Lead to analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications, technically leading the team and defining architectures. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking an **AAPO Development Lead** to join Totalplay’s team on-site. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field (degree required). * Experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader in development projects. * Solid backend developer experience in enterprise projects. * Knowledge of implementing microservice-based architectures and REST APIs. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Participation in projects following agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe). Essential technical skills: * Java * Spring Boot * Relational databases * Git * Docker **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications within the AAPO ecosystem. * Design technical solutions and define component architectures. * Develop microservices in Java (Spring Boot). * Analyze epics and user stories. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to the team. * Deploy changes to production environments. **What We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $45,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * 15-day year-end bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * Profit-sharing. * Professional development opportunities **Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM * Location: Coyoacán, CDMX.
