Opportunity for professional growth **Work Modality:** Hybrid **Job Objective** Develop attractive graphic materials that reinforce the visual identity of Bar Santa Bellaka and support promotional campaigns through creative designs for social media, advertising, and events. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hybrid modality. On-site presence at the establishment will be required as necessary, with availability to attend on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday — the bar's operating days. **Functions and Responsibilities** · Design visual content for social media (posts, stories, banners, promotions). · Create graphic materials for events, themed parties, and promotions. · Design flyers, posters, and digital advertising. · Maintain the bar’s visual identity across all graphic materials. · Collaborate with the marketing and audiovisual team on promotional campaigns. · Adapt designs for various digital platforms. · Support branding development and visual communication materials. **Job Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in digital graphic design. · Experience creating content for social media. · Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools. · Knowledge of visual identity and branding. **Competencies and Skills** · Creativity. · Attention to detail. · Aesthetic sense. · Organization. · Teamwork. · Adaptability. **We Offer** · Monthly salary of $10,000 · Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) · 12 vacation days starting from the first year · Medical consultation with up to $300 MXN support and medication dispensing · Job stability Opportunity for professional growth Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Remote work Work location: Remote-hybrid in 62040, Miguel Hidalgo, Mor.
