Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support. Maintain effective communication with users. Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. #### **Requirements:** Completed, incomplete, or technical degree in **Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.** **Minimum 3 years of experience** in IT projects or departments. Knowledge of hardware and software fault diagnosis, networking, and ticket management tools.
