Full-time work schedule with remote work option **Join our team!** A leading construction company is looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT with experience in accounting records and preparation of financial statements in the real estate developer and property management sectors. **JOB PROFILE: GENERAL ACCOUNTANT with experience in accounting records and financial statements in the real estate and construction sectors.** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Certified graduate **Software proficiency:** Proficiency in Contpaqi accounting system and Excel (Advanced). **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\.\-Recording income, expense, and journal entries in the accounting software, as well as configuring the chart of accounts. 2\.\-Preparation of monthly, annual, and informative federal and local tax returns. 3\.\-Preparation of financial and administrative reports. 4\.\-Preparation and stamping of CFDI 4.0 (income, expenses, payment complements). 6\.\-Monitoring customer contracts and account statements. 7\.\-Tracking supporting documents to substantiate transaction materiality. 8\.\-Printing and archiving of journal entries. 9\.\-Preparation of bank reconciliations. 10\.\-Preparation of working papers for provisional and final tax calculations. 11\.\-Preparation of financial statements. 12\.\-Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts. 13\.\-Experience with an ERP system. 14\.\-Experience with MiAdminXML. **Work schedule:** Full-time **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, remote work Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
