Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Project Coordinator to coordinate the development of architectural proposals, track project progress, and present updates in an executive manner. Preparation of executive presentations and project tracking. We seek a **Project Coordinator** with expertise in **retail-sector projects**, capable of coordinating the development of architectural proposals, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and presenting progress in an executive manner. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture**. * Willingness to travel. * Experience in **retail-sector project development**. Proficiency in design and modeling software: * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Experience in **architectural rendering and visualization**. * Ability to prepare **executive presentations**. * Capacity to **organize and track multiple projects simultaneously**. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and track **architectural projects**. * Develop **architectural floor plans and 3D models**. * Produce **renderings for proposal presentations**. * Prepare **executive presentations for management and clients**. * Monitor **project deadlines, progress, and deliverables**. * Support **technical project management and documentation**. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** Starting at $15,000. * **30-day year-end bonus** (pro-rated for the first year). * **50% vacation premium**. * **4 additional vacation days** upon completion of the first year. * Professional development opportunities on retail-sector projects.
