The position aims to guarantee business quality, flavor, and profitability through efficient operational management. **Main Responsibilities** * Production: Preparation of daily production (stews), ensuring flavor and hygiene. * Standardization: Implementation and monitoring of standardized recipes to maintain consistency. * Cost Control: Management and control of waste to optimize ingredient usage. * Team Management: Personnel supervision, conflict resolution, and operational problem-solving. * Operations: Ensuring the kitchen area has all necessary resources for daily service. **Required Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (preferred) or technical training with solid experience. * Experience: Proven track record in high-volume kitchens, specifically in Mexican cuisine. * Competencies: High stress tolerance, leadership, organizational ability, and results orientation. **Working Conditions** * **Salary: $12,000 monthly.** * Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / Saturdays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Attractive compensation plan. * One-hour lunch break. **Application Process**Interested candidates meeting the profile must submit an updated CV or visit the establishment directly with verifiable work references.
