Job Summary: Coordinate and manage general maintenance activities to ensure maximum availability of the company's fixed assets in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented approach and problem resolution **Objective:** Coordinate the activities of general maintenance departments, carrying out tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant, delivering high-quality results and maximizing the availability of the company's fixed assets. **Job Responsibilities:** * Organize and schedule maintenance contractors (electricians, HVAC professionals) to perform various tasks across different company areas, ensuring execution without any disruptions. * Track the annual maintenance plan. * Schedule and administer work orders. * Manage work orders, communicate with departmental sub-management maintenance supervisors regarding required maintenance work, handle procurement of supplies and materials, and coordinate with external vendors. * Verify that equipment or tools are ready for technicians, track preventive maintenance tasks, and supervise and validate quality control checkpoints and maintenance compliance. * Meet KPIs: work order response time, budget management, and customer satisfaction scores. 7\- Follow instructions from the Maintenance Management and General Management. * Maintain clear and frequent communication with contractors, maintenance department heads, maintenance staff, and company executives. 9\- Proactively anticipate upcoming tasks to provide exceptional administrative support. **Required Education:** * Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineer. **Experience:** * Maintenance supervisor in food manufacturing companies. * Budget management experience for the maintenance department. * Maintenance of critical equipment such as chillers, boilers, and electrical substations. * Professional knowledge of industrial and/or commercial refrigeration equipment and machinery. * Analytical ability and self-direction. **Skills:** * Organization and follow-up * Personnel coordination * Effective communication * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Results orientation **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits (AFORE, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation) * Profit-sharing * 8% savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria (50% subsidy) Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Do you have convenient transportation access to the workplace?
