**CASA HOGAR ALEGRIA** **"Operations Coordinator"** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or Warehousing * 2 years of experience in procurement, services, maintenance, warehousing, inventory management, etc. * Age: 30–50 years * Gender: Unrestricted **JOB MISSION:** * Support as site responsible person and contribute to developing the work plan to ensure supply, administration, and control of goods and services required by the Institution. **JOB OBJECTIVES:** * Procure, store, and control warehouse inventory (food, stationery, personal hygiene and cleaning products). * Coordinate and supervise transportation services and ensure proper use and maintenance of the Institution’s vehicles. * Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of the Institution’s movable and immovable assets. * Execute the internal security plan to protect beneficiaries, staff, and facilities (through internal controls and supporting technological equipment). * Manage, assign, and maintain computer equipment for staff, departments, and beneficiaries. * Set up facilities and support services (furniture and general support services) for special events. * Fulfill infrastructure-related activities/needs of Casa Hogar Alegría within the regulatory framework applicable to a Civil Society Organization (IAP). * Administer in-kind donations. * Administer activities under the Environmental Plan. **FUNCTIONS:** * Receives purchase requisitions for supplies, goods, and services from department heads across all site departments. * Submits requisitions to the Operations Directorate to meet departmental needs. * Distributes supplies, goods, and services to respective departments while maintaining inventory control. * Monitors incoming and outgoing goods at site warehouses. * Generates monthly inventory reports. * Assigns transportation vehicles according to the transfer schedule. * Performs other duties as discussed during the interview. Work location: San Agustín. Commute time must not exceed one hour. Having a personal vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
