Full-Stack Developer (Python / Node / Next.js)

**Remote (Mexico) – Full\-time** **Salary:** $35,000–$55,000 MXN per month (depending on experience) We’re hiring a full\-stack developer who’s great at backend work and loves building tools that actually make businesses run smoother — not just shipping code for the sake of it. This is a **shared full\-time position between two founders**: * One runs a **boutique email marketing agency** for ecommerce brands — you’ll help build internal automation tools, dashboards, and API integrations. * The other runs a **fast\-growing transcription SaaS company** built on Salesforce — you’ll help expand backend services and improve system integrations. You’ll get to work on real, revenue\-generating systems from day one — with fast decisions, direct communication, and meaningful autonomy. **What You’ll Work On** * Building and maintaining backend services in **Python** and **Node.js** * Developing and connecting APIs (Klaviyo, Slack, Asana, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.) * Creating lightweight frontends and internal tools in **Next.js** * Supporting AWS\-hosted systems (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) * Improving internal data flows and automation between platforms **You Might Be a Fit If You...** * Are fluent in **Python** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** * Have solid experience with **Node.js** and **Next.js** * Know your way around **AWS** (Lambda, EC2, or S3 is enough) * Are comfortable working independently and solving problems end\-to\-end * Care about clean code, practical documentation, and consistent delivery **Nice to Have** * Familiarity with Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, or other SaaS APIs * Experience building automations or internal dashboards * Understanding of webhooks, data syncing, and serverless workflows **Why You’ll Like Working With Us** * No bureaucracy — just direct collaboration with two founders who ship fast * A variety of projects (agency tools \+ SaaS systems) so it never feels repetitive * Freedom to suggest better solutions and implement them * Competitive pay, long\-term stability, and opportunity to grow with both teams Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $35,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * You must include your Github Repo link.
