Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join a technology firm focused on data intelligence, supporting the operation and evolution of a cloud-native SaaS platform. Key Highlights: 1. They are building a cloud-native SaaS platform for Social Listening and Conversation Intelligence (based on AWS, Google Cloud, Node.js, message queues, and AI), and thus seek a Junior DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure operations and CI/CD evolution, working closely with more senior engineers to build a scalable, observable, and cost-efficient platform. **Responsibilities:** * Support cloud infrastructure operations (AWS and Google Cloud). * Execute and monitor automated deployments. * Collaborate on implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker). * Monitor services, logs, and alerts; escalate incidents when necessary. * Support orchestration of queues and workers (scraping, AI, reporting). * Document configurations, processes, and best practices. * Participate in performance, cost, and stability improvements under supervision. **Technical Skills:** * AWS (ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) * Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage or similar) * Docker * GitHub Actions * Node.js (basic level/debugging) * Redis / BullMQ * Basic knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools. * Academic or practical experience with data pipelines or web scraping. * Exposure to AI-related workloads. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking * Ability to learn and collaborate effectively in teams. * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. **Work Mode and Schedule:** Hybrid in CDMX, 9 AM to 6 PM Mexico time.
