We are looking for a person passionate about software development who wishes to positively impact our team’s experience by creating and optimizing high-quality systems with a complete focus on end users. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop specialized software focused on Java (preferably Java 17\) and PL/SQL. * Create and invoke REST services to ensure efficient integrations between backend and applications. * Design and develop databases (Oracle and MySQL) for applications within the General Directorate of Talent and Culture. * Develop, deploy, and implement cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud SQL). * Actively participate in designing and building tools enabling bank employees to view their compensation and benefits, and carry out daily activities. * Provide support, monitoring, and system installations with availability to intervene outside regular hours (night/early morning) when required by the project. **Job Challenges** Solve problems assertively and with a *Radical Client Perspective* (RCP) mindset, leveraging technical knowledge, experience, and the technological tools provided by the bank. **Requirements** **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Programming languages: Java (preferably version 17 at intermediate level) and JavaScript. * Databases: Basic-level PL/SQL (creation of *Stored Procedures*), Oracle, and MySQL. * Creation and invocation of REST services. * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Flowcharting and database modeling. * Technical English. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Use of *Branching Model*. * Coding assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). * Use case diagramming. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** 1–3 years of verifiable experience in backend development, relational database management, and cloud platforms. **Key Competencies** * We are one team * Commitment to responsibilities * Continuous learning **How to Apply?** If interested, apply by clicking “Apply”.
