Application Architect - IT Solutions Architect

Position Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect with experience in API and microservices development and integration, security, error handling, and observability. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in API and microservices development and integration projects 2. Knowledge of security (OAuth, JWT, TLS) and error handling 3. Technical guidance and mentoring for development teams Solutions Architect Work Mode: Remote (occasional visits to the client's offices in CDMX may be required) Only candidates from CDMX and State of Mexico will be considered Important Note: This is not a construction architect position Technical skills with at least 3 years of experience in: API and microservices development and integration projects API Gateway Integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, orchestration vs choreography) File transfer via FTP/SFTP AWS Cloud Kafka REST Web Services Avro and JSON Message Queues (MQ) and synchronous/asynchronous messaging Security: OAuth, JWT, TLS, token management Error handling and resilience (retries, circuit breaker, DLQ) Observability and monitoring of integrations (logging, traceability, metrics) Technical estimations and solution sizing Technical guidance for development teams (mentoring and code reviews) Intermediate English — Desired: Advanced conversational English Work Mode: 100% remote (occasional visits to the client's offices in CDMX may be required). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Microservices Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura
