Job Objective: Ensure control, registration, and tracking of trailers both inside and outside the yard, guaranteeing availability, order, and proper assignment for operations. Main Responsibilities * Control and monitoring of trailer entries and exits. * Registration in system / logs (location, status, assignment). * Coordination with traffic, yard, and maintenance teams. * Physical verification: license plates, seals, unit numbers, conditions. * Immediate reporting of anomalies (dents, broken seals, missing items, etc.). * Coordination of maintenance and repair services. * Support in yard maneuvers and organization. * Preparation of daily reports and updating of KPIs. * Constant communication with operators and supervisors. ✔️ Requirements * Experience in logistics / yards / traffic (preferred). * Basic knowledge of trailers and systems (dry van, refrigerated preferred). * Use of logs, control systems, and basic Excel. * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. * Availability to work rotating shifts (as per operational needs). * Teamwork and clear communication.
