Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and launch applications with real AI capabilities, managing the entire development lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking talent for the position: **Full\-Stack AI Engineer.** **Experience:** * **\+5 years** of full-stack software development experience in production environments. * Programming in **JavaScript, Python and/or PHP.** * Experience building and deploying applications with **AI capabilities.** * Backend development (**APIs, workflows, asynchronous systems, and state management**). * Proficiency with **SQL and NoSQL databases.** * Frontend development using modern frameworks (**React, Vue, Angular, Svelte or similar**). * Experience working with AI/ML models (LLMs) in real-world applications. * Preferred: AI model evaluation, error analysis, and feedback loop design. * Preferred: **Agentic AI frameworks**, such as **LangGraph** or **Google ADK**. **Responsibilities:** * Build and launch full-stack applications with real AI capabilities. * Manage the complete development lifecycle: from ideation to production. * Develop foundational infrastructure (search and retrieval services, tool execution, workflows, and intelligent agents). * Implement measurement and feedback systems to optimize AI solution performance. * Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues across the entire stack. **Language:** Advanced conversational English (effective interaction with international teams) **Work Location:** Remote. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * **Bonuses**: Punctuality and attendance. * **Statutory benefits:** IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time. * **Enhanced benefits:** Life insurance, funeral expense insurance, major medical insurance, dental plan, minor medical insurance.
