Job Description and Responsibilities Accountant for the Accounting Department of a Major Medical Expense Insurance Institution Financial expertise applied specifically to medical insurance institutions. **Internal Audit.** * Specialized knowledge: * Preparation of Financial Statements. * Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards. * General Accounting. * Taxes. * Filing of Provisional Tax Payments. * Filing of Annual Tax Returns. * Proficiency in Contpaq Accounting System **Skills**: * Office software proficiency: * Intermediate Excel. * Intermediate Word. * Intermediate PowerPoint. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Personal organization. * Teamwork. * Ability to handle complex tasks. * Self-management, planning, and organizational skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. Experience and Requirements 5 years of accounting experience, with solid knowledge of financial, tax, and regulatory aspects of the insurance sector.
