Job Summary: A major telecommunications distribution company is seeking a Systems Assistant for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. 2. Provides remote and on-site technical support. 3. Identifies failures in computer equipment. Due to growth, a leading telecommunications distribution company is currently seeking personnel to work as: **Systems Assistant** **Join our team!** **We offer:** * **Monthly salary of $9,579.04** * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 6% of the monthly salary. * **Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with 2 days off during the week.** * Work location: Near Toreo Metro Station, Miguel Hidalgo Borough (very close to Walmart Toreo). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school. * Work experience. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of software, hardware, computer equipment failure detection, network cables, corporate email systems, IP, etc. * **IMPORTANT: Must be available to travel to various locations across Mexico City and the State of Mexico.** **Key Duties:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Provision of remote and/or on-site technical support. * Identification of failures in computer equipment. * Installation and/or configuration of corporate email systems (preferred).
