**TaHú Talento Humano is seeking a PRINTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN in Iguala de La Independencia, Guerrero** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join our team as a **PRINTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN**, focused on the Technology area. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or completed high school. * Experience in printer maintenance and support. * Knowledge of computer networks. * User assistance and support. * Desired experience with laser, thermal, and multifunction printers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnose and repair printer malfunctions. * Install and configure networked printers. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Replace consumables and basic spare parts. * Configure drivers and connect devices. * Provide technical support to users via phone and remotely. * Address and track incidents. * Validate functionality and conduct print tests. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $12,000 monthly, net. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work location: Iguala We promote an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment.
