Disan Latam, a multinational company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of chemical products for various industries, with a presence across LATAM in countries such as Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia, Venezuela, etc., is seeking the following talent:
**QUALITY ASSISTANT**
**Job Objective:**
Support the execution and control of activities related to quality and food safety, ensuring compliance with legal and customer requirements in our operations in Mexico.
**Your Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Inspect raw materials and packaging materials (condition, batch number, expiration date, documentation).
* Verify compliance with quality and food safety standards during product receipt and loading.
* Review Certificates of Analysis (COA), technical data sheets, and associated documentation.
* Identify, report, and follow up on deviations or incidents with suppliers.
* Perform basic analyses (pH, chlorine, color, specific gravity).
* Support the quality management system (audits, corrective actions, documentation).
* Maintain records control (temperature, humidity, inspections, releases).
* Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training for staff.
* Support handling customer requirements and updating documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Technical, technological, or university degree (recent graduates welcome) in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields
* Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Quality or Production Assistant
* Desired experience in the following industries: **pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics**
**Knowledge and Skills:**
* Familiarity with quality and food safety management systems
* Basic knowledge of physicochemical analysis
* Proficiency in handling technical documentation
* Teamwork and effective communication
* Attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Adaptability to change and focus on continuous improvement

**Conditions:**
* On-site work, Monday to Friday
* Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Salary: $13,000.00 \- $13,500.00 per month
