Professional development opportunities **Full Job Description** An insurance brokerage firm is looking to add a **Full Stack Developer** to its team, who will participate in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise web platforms, including data analytics systems, dashboards, and SaaS solutions. The candidate will collaborate on implementing new features, optimizing existing processes, and supporting production systems, ensuring application quality, stability, and scalability. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web applications using **React.js for frontend and Node.js (Express) for backend**. * Design and implement **RESTful APIs** for system integration. * Manage relational databases **MySQL**, including queries, optimization, and data modeling. * Develop interfaces with information visualization (dashboards, reports, KPIs). * Integrate external services (third-party APIs, payment services, or other integrations). * Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (**JWT, role-based access control**). * Participate in bug fixing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing platforms. * Collaborate on deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments. * Document technical developments and processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (completed). * Minimum **3–4 years of Full Stack web development experience**. * Solid knowledge of: * **JavaScript (ES6+)** * **React.js** * **Node.js + Express** * Experience with **MySQL** databases. * Experience developing and integrating **REST APIs**. * Experience working with production systems. * Proficiency with version control (**Git**). **Desirable** * Experience with **Redux Toolkit** or advanced state management. * Knowledge of data visualization libraries (**Chart.js or similar**). * Experience integrating payment services (**Stripe or others**). * Knowledge of **WebSockets (Socket.IO)**. * Experience with cloud deployments (**AWS or similar**). * Experience in **SaaS** application architecture. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience: **$15,000 to $19,000 MXN gross monthly** * Job stability. * Participation in growing technology projects. * Professional development opportunities. **Employment Duration** Full-time **Work Location** On-site Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
