Position Summary: Supervises security personnel, controls access, prevents incidents, and manages compliance with security protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Security Leader ##### **What You Will Do:** * Assign specific roles and tasks to security personnel. * Maintain strict control over external individuals' access to the premises. * Prevent theft, vandalism, and violations of private property. * Report all incidents occurring during the work shift. * Provide immediate assistance in emergencies and issue instructions to direct reports. * Implement and manage compliance with OEA and C\-TPAT guidelines. **Requirements:** * Supervise assigned personnel. * Minimum education: Completed high school or equivalent. * Knowledge of OEA and C\-TPAT protocols. * Familiarity with and ability to operate CCTV systems. * Emergency situation handling experience. * Ability to assess various situations and identify potential threats. **What We Offer:** * Attractive compensation package. * Recognition awards, corporate events, family events, university discount options, and many other benefits. * Gender pay equity.
