Tracks incidents, disabilities, and calculates benefits Job Description A leading manufacturer of plastics and rubber for the automotive sector, located within the QUERETARO INDUSTRIAL PARK. **Payroll Analyst for Industrial Plant** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with diploma and professional license (Preferred) * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 26 \- 35 years old * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles * Knowledge required: payroll and pre-payroll processing; IMSS onboarding/offboarding; payroll stamping (timbrado); INFONAVIT and FONACOT regulations; incident and disability tracking; calculation of food vouchers (vales de despensa), year-end bonus (aguinaldo), savings fund (fondo de ahorro), union dues, and severance payments (finiquitos); proficiency in CONTPAQ and its latest versions * Must reside in Querétaro * Immediate availability to start work **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Free cafeteria * Employee transportation assistance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM If you are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate—apply to this vacancy now.
