Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring reliable operation of industrial electrical and electronic equipment, leading improvement projects, and diagnosing faults. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of faults in PLCs, variable frequency drives, and industrial networks. *Ensure reliable operation of industrial electrical and electronic equipment *Guarantee availability and reliability of the plant's industrial electrical/electronic equipment *Comply with electrical safety standards. *Reduce downtime caused by failures in control and automation systems. *Lead minor projects for integration and technological improvement. *Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, variable frequency drives, and industrial networks. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: *Diagnosis and resolution of faults in PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi), control systems and industrial networks, and power equipment and panels (110V, 220V, 440V) *Interpretation and preparation of electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams *Basic PLC programming and tuning (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) *Knowledge of instrument calibration and PID controller tuning *Technical documentation management (manuals, reports, updated drawings) EXPERIENCE: 3 years in industrial electronics maintenance and automation projects within manufacturing companies.
