SALES SUPERVISOR

**SALES SUPERVISOR** **Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales executives team across different modalities, ensuring the achievement of established sales targets and objectives. The purpose is to drive team performance through tracking strategies, training, and continuous feedback, promoting a culture of high performance, commitment, and customer focus.** **SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION** ***Daily Activities:*** * Ensure proper execution of sales processes, support in resolving objections, and keep the team aligned with the company's vision and values, actively contributing to the growth and positioning of Jardines Nueva Vida. * Supervise the activities and performance of field sales and call center executives. * Review daily productivity reports (calls, appointments, visits, closures). * Conduct follow-up meetings on call center productivity. * Demand results from the call center team, provide immediate feedback, and prepare a daily performance summary. * Motivate the team through messages, activities, or goal reminders. * Coordinate and verify compliance with field sales routes or work schedules. * Attend active customers at the office, resolving inquiries about their package, data updates, contract delivery, and general clarifications. * Follow up with customers and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, as assigned by the JNV Manager. * Provide support and clarification to sales executives regarding questions arising in the field or at the office. * Record daily sales reports. * Record and maintain control of notes, payments, credits, and sales. * Receive payments and down payments for new sales from executives and issue corresponding receipts. * Receive and review new sales applications. * Deliver new sales to the documentation department for registration. * Provide sales executives with contracts and settlement documents for customer signature. ***Weekly Activities:*** * Reconcile information on space assignments within prepaid packages. * Supply sales executives with advertising materials. * Submit weekly performance and results reports. ***Biweekly Activities:*** * Review contract submissions to proceed with biweekly payments. * Record biweekly sales. * Request and record extraordinary payroll. * Process commission and additional payroll payments. ***Monthly Activities:*** * Prepare advertising packages for each executive. * Support the monthly Eucharistic celebration. * Develop and propose sales strategies for field sales and call center focused on meeting targets. ***Occasional Activities:*** * Perform tasks assigned by the JNV Manager. * Print general forms. * Assist in recording canceled contracts into the system. * Support organizing events or activities for sales promotion. * Train new sales executives. * Provide support at reception. * General support to sales executives. * Follow up on meetings and commitments related to the Active Community Participation project under the ESR Distinction. * Prepare special reports requested by the Jardines Nueva Vida Manager. * Provide general assistance in any required activities according to the company’s operational and administrative needs, ensuring compliance with established goals and standards. **POSITION SPECIFICATIONS** * \* Required Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. * \* Work Experience: Minimum one year managing personnel and in sales. * \* Skills: Office software proficiency, Leadership, Teamwork, Assertive communication * \* Age Requirement: 20 years and older * \* Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm and Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. * \* We Offer: Statutory benefits, Continuous training, 8% savings fund, Weekly payment, Monthly net salary of $9,800 Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,800.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site
