### **Activities** **Job Description** **Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico.** **Indefinite-term contract.** At Hutchinson Hose Plant, we design and manufacture customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a **Maintenance Scheduler** to ensure operational continuity and efficiency at Hutchinson Automotive Mexico by scheduling, controlling, and optimizing existing corrective and preventive maintenance processes within the plant, thereby driving its development and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and coordinate preventive maintenance, generating, scheduling, and issuing work orders from the software to technicians, ensuring weekly compliance. * Manage the maintenance spare parts warehouse, including random inventory checks and updating the list of critical spare parts. * Develop and maintain an annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan aligned with plant requirements. * Administer TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), ensuring its proper implementation and monitoring across the entire plant. * Participate in audits, action plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with management systems. * Apply operational controls associated with the company’s management systems, such as ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949\. **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. **Technical Skills:** Industrial maintenance (pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity), PLCs, industrial safety, problem-solving techniques, automotive certifications (ISO TS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VDA). **Experience:** 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing sector). **Soft Skills:** Planning, leadership, decision-making, teamwork, communication, responsibility, discipline, organization, confidentiality, initiative, proactivity. ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.** We are 40,000 men and women who meet the challenges faced by our automotive, aviation, defense, and industrial customers every day.
