We are seeking a **Full\-Stack Software Engineer Team Leader** with over **8 years of experience** to lead a web application development team. **Location:** Querétaro (hybrid model: 2 days onsite / 3 remote) **Travel requirements:** Availability for 3 business trips **Responsibilities** * Lead team on international projects. * Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. * Design and implement **REST APIs** (Spring Boot). * Guide front\-end integration using **Angular and TypeScript**. * Ensure **best practices** in quality, security, and documentation. * Report progress and collaborate in defining technical architecture. **Technical Requirements** * \+8 years of experience in **Full\-Stack Development** (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript). * Prior experience as **Tech Lead / Team Leader**. * Experience with **REST APIs, CI/CD, and version control tools**. * Knowledge of **Cloud (AWS preferred)**. * **Advanced English** (mandatory, daily communication with client).
