What We’re Looking For: We seek a proactive professional with a strong customer service orientation and technical capability to efficiently manage technological infrastructure. Your Mission in This Role: Ensure operational continuity of our systems and deliver excellent technical support—both on-site and remotely—resolving hardware, software, and network incidents. Your Key Responsibilities: • Comprehensive Support: Diagnosis and resolution of operating system issues (Windows/Linux) and Office suite applications. • Infrastructure: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, peripherals, and LAN/WiFi networks. • Server Administration: Basic user and file management, and execution of critical backups. • Security and Monitoring: Implementation of software, licensing, and network health monitoring. • Documentation: Incident logging and solution records for continuous improvement. What Do You Need to Apply? • Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or IT. • Experience: 1–3 years in technical support or related fields. • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and router/switch configuration. • Skills: Problem-solving under pressure, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities. • Driver’s license; at least one year of experience driving standard vehicles.
