We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team at Carnes Selectas El Ingrato. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving production and management processes in our butcher shop. Your objective will be to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of our products. As a Process Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and improve workflow in the butcher shop. You will work closely with production and management teams to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between different departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication. A minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on the food industry or butcher shops, is required. You must have a solid understanding of process management techniques, as well as experience implementing quality management systems. A results-oriented approach and proactive attitude will be key to success in this position.
