




Job Summary: Provides essential technical support, maintaining hardware, administering software, managing networks, and ensuring security in a corporate environment. Key Highlights: 1. End-user support and resolution of technical incidents. 2. Hardware maintenance and diagnosis for computer equipment. 3. Software, network, and connectivity administration. Main Responsibilities - End-User Support (Helpdesk): Respond to and resolve technical incidents reported through official channels (WhatsApp, tickets, or email), maintaining a clear record of the solution. - Hardware Maintenance: Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective cleaning of equipment (laptops and desktops), as well as warranty management with vendors. - Software Administration: Install and configure applications from the Microsoft 365 suite. - Provide basic support for client systems. - Ensure removal of unauthorized or unlicensed software from the corporate network. - Network and Connectivity Management: Configure network ports, shared printers, and ensure users’ proper connection to the local network.
