




DESCRIPTION At TRAYECTO, we are looking for an experienced **Recruiter** to join our dynamic Human Resources team. If you want to grow professionally within a leading company and actively contribute to building high-performance teams, we’d love to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the complete recruitment and selection cycle for fifth-wheel operators. * Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and abilities. * Collaborate closely with area managers to understand their talent needs and define job profiles. * Use diverse recruitment sources to attract qualified candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments. * Follow up with candidates throughout the process, providing timely feedback. * Manage onboarding of new employees into relevant systems, ensuring proper documentation. * Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment records. * Contribute to continuous improvement of selection processes. * Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed. * Develop and maintain a professional network to facilitate talent acquisition. * Ensure a high sense of urgency in filling critical vacancies. * Promote a culture of excellence in service to candidates and internal clients. * Develop and present reports on recruitment metrics. * Adapt to changing business and labor market needs. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment and selection. * Essential experience in hiring fifth-wheel operators or within the transportation industry. * Excellent verbal communication skills and strong written and spoken communication abilities. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. * Strong sense of urgency and results orientation. * Experience managing system onboarding and using job boards and recruitment tools. * Knowledge of various talent attraction techniques. * Willingness to travel. * Proactivity. **Skills and Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Analytical thinking. * Negotiation. * Time management. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Problem solving.
