




**Position: Administrative Assistant – After-Sales Department** **Job Description:** At Geely Lomas, we are looking for an organized, responsible individual with a positive attitude to join our **After-Sales** team as an **Administrative Assistant**. Your main responsibility will be to support the management and tracking of documentation and checks, ensuring an efficient and orderly administrative workflow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track and control after-sales area checks and documentation. * Assist in preparing and archiving administrative reports. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal processes. * Manage and update databases and files. * Provide administrative support and assistance to the after-sales team. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical/administrative degree. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in the automotive sector or similar). * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative systems. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Teamwork skills and service-oriented attitude.
