Route Supervisor **GENERAL PURPOSE:** Supervise and manage route personnel activities according to the supervision log to ensure compliance with internal policies and the well-being of supervised personnel. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1.\- Supervise and record the operations of assigned personnel using corresponding forms to maintain control over personnel, vehicles, and collected tonnage. 2.\- Coordinate the activities of collection operators and assistants to fulfill assigned routes. 3.\- Report any accidents occurring on route to the immediate supervisor and the CMASH department for follow-up according to the appropriate procedure. 4.\- Follow up on citizen complaints to achieve resolution based on investigation and indicator monitoring. 5.\- Ensure compliance with the collection program established by the Operations Manager to meet service performance indicators.
