To comply with the established plan for these processes, achieving product quality and profitability while adhering to safety initiatives and developing the best place to work. **Main Responsibilities/Activities:** * Generate and coordinate a work plan for preventive/corrective maintenance of the equipment. * Increase equipment efficiency. * Reduce and maintain low LW DCIR \& TIR safety rates. * Control the use of the budget allocated to the maintenance department. * Promote staff development. * Coordinate new product launches. * Establish action plans and programs. * Seek opportunities for improvement in equipment and process performance. * Keep plant management informed about results and variables related to objective achievement. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety system criteria. * Apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards according to the responsibility matrix. * These activities are descriptive but not exhaustive; all activities required by production will be covered. **Skills and Qualifications** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience: 5 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of finance. * Personnel management * Maintenance management * Quality systems * Industrial safety and hygiene systems * Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics * Proficiency in Google Tools * Proficiency in SAP * Project development * Knowledge of PLCs * Blueprint interpretation * Continuous improvement * Total Productive Maintenance * English Advanced **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
