**Key Responsibilities** * Conduct internal and external audits, including **process audits under VDA 6.3** (***VALID CERTIFICATE***) and **6.5** * Lead the **Quality Management System** under automotive standards (IATF 16949). * Ensure compliance with OEM / Tier 1 customer requirements. * Manage PPAP, APQP, process control, and nonconformance handling. * Implement **continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)**. * Supervise quality teams: inspection, metrology, laboratory, and customer quality. * Resolve critical quality issues related to plastic injection molded products. * Represent the company before customers and global audits. **Requirements** * **Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics Engineering or related field.** * **5+ years** of experience in **plastic injection molding within the automotive sector** (mandatory). * Experience leading quality teams. * **Valid VDA 6.3 certification (auditor or expert)** – *mandatory*. * Strong proficiency in quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa. * Advanced (conversational) English proficiency. * Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, and automotive regulations. * Experience managing international customers. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Complex problem-solving. * Effective bilingual communication. * Results-oriented mindset. * Analytical and strategic thinking. **Interested Candidates** Submit CV in **English** to: **lourdes@kavix.mx** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
