POSITION PURPOSE Design, supervise, and execute bar operations to ensure high-quality beverages, efficient service, and inventory control, creating a cocktail program that complements the culinary identity of Casa Félix. The Bar Manager is responsible for making the bar an attractive and profitable focal point within the restaurant.
