Application Support Shifts are rotated: 1: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (9:00–18:00) at Reforma / Polanco, CDMX 2: Night shift – 100% remote, from 21:00 to 8:00 the following day, on a rotating schedule of 4 nights working followed by 4 nights off.
