




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage import procurement, ensure deliveries, maintain documentation, and administer inventory within the IP security technology sector. You will be responsible for managing import procurement with foreign manufacturers and ensuring delivery to the final destination, preparing and maintaining import documentation, handling trade-related paperwork and cargo shipping, creating and obtaining purchase order approvals, documenting cost and invoice data, and managing warehouse inventory levels. You will track shipments and monitor goods, ensuring full compliance with all applicable governmental and organizational policies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position in supply chain, logistics, or import operations. Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge: Experience liaising with freight forwarders. Basic knowledge of tariff classification. Import tracking. Documentation tracking and control operations. Basic handling of certificates of origin. Reporting and tracking of damaged, excess, and/or missing goods. Preparation of documents required for import procedures. Knowledge of and compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) for importing telecommunications products (desirable). Preparation and follow-up of import certification procedures. Safeguarding and management of import permits. Review of tax calculations. Customs follow-up until shipment release.
