Position Summary: A major Mexican company is seeking a Digitization Operator to prepare, validate, and deliver documentary information, handling files and specialized digitization equipment. Support in documentary organization activities A leading Mexican company in document digitization is seeking: Digitization Operator We offer: - $9,451.20 gross monthly salary + $1,426.48 monthly food vouchers. - All statutory benefits - Life insurance - Savings fund - Health and entertainment benefits and discounts Requirements - Minimum education level: Secondary school or incomplete upper secondary education. - Experience: Preferred 3 months in a similar position. - Knowledge: File management, digitization equipment (scanners) and computers, Microsoft Office suite, handling large volumes of documents, working under pressure. Main responsibilities: - Prepare information for processing according to established policies, procedures, equipment, and applications. - Validate the number of images against documents or records, if required. - Deliver process-generated outputs to the designated supervisor. - Assist in area-specific tasks such as arranging boxes or documents.
