Field CCTV, audio, and video technician Job Mission: Maintain the CCTV, access control, audio, and video systems of all PS business centers in optimal condition. What will be your main responsibilities? * Installation, configuration, and administration of CCTV, access control, audio, and video equipment and systems. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV, access control, audio, and video equipment and systems. * Tracking of reports, requests, urgent reports, and technical support via telephone and remotely. * Cabling and equipment repairs. * Coordination of tasks and projects with internal departments and external vendors. What qualifications do you need to apply? * Experience: 2 years in a similar position. * Knowledge: Extensive experience in installation, configuration, repair, and technical diagnostics of analog and IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, joysticks, and CCTV accessories. * Extensive experience repairing and configuring Windows PCs. * Experience in access control systems, networking, structured cabling, audio, and video. * Experience with VMS security platforms (Hikvision configuration is mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to read blueprints and basic AutoCAD skills. * Experience working at heights (up to 10 meters) and using personal protective equipment. * Ability to understand English manuals. * Minimum education required: Technical degree in systems, electronics, industrial maintenance, or related fields; certification or documentation verifying CCTV training. Additionally, we ask you to consider: * Candidates must possess the following skills or competencies: Ability to work under pressure / Frustration tolerance / Service-oriented attitude / High analytical ability. * Availability of time is required. Primary work location: Vallejo neighborhood, CDMX, with ability to travel to branches. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, plus one 5-hour Saturday shift per month.
