Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in goods flow, inventory control, and personnel management. Job stability and fixed Monday–Friday work schedule Warehouse Supervisor (Monday–Friday) ​Location: Alce Blanco, Naucalpan de Juárez. Salary: $15,000 net (tax-free) per month. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ​Job Description ​We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics operations at our Alce Blanco facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in goods flow, inventory control, and operational staff management. ​Main Responsibilities: ​Inventory Management: Supervise incoming, outgoing, and on-hand inventory (cycle counts and audits). ​Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate warehouse staff to meet delivery deadlines. ​Space Optimization: Strategically organize merchandise placement to maximize operational flow. ​Documentation Control: Review invoices, delivery notes, and shipping manifests. ​Safety: Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and hygiene regulations. ​Requirements: ​Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in warehouse supervision or management roles. ​Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/ongoing bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. ​Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAE) and intermediate Excel skills. ​Skills: Leadership ability, problem-solving capability, and results-oriented mindset. ​Residence near the area: Alce Blanco / Naucalpan (Preferred). ​We Offer: ​Competitive salary: $15,000 tax-free. ​Job stability: Direct employment contract. ​Excellent schedule: Fixed Monday–Friday workweek (weekend days off). ​Central, easily accessible workplace location in Alce Blanco.
