Revenue Management • Record and monitor rental income from industrial units. • Assist in managing collection of maintenance fees and services. • Track monthly tenant invoicing. • Assist in monitoring partial payments, overdue payments, and outstanding receivables. • Prepare revenue reports by cluster and by tenant. 2\. Collections and Accounts Receivable • Assist in scheduling and executing monthly collections. • Send account statements and payment reminders. • Apply received payments and reconcile with banks. 3\. Expense Control and Accounts Payable • Receive, review, and validate supplier invoices. • Verify that expenses align with the approved budget. • Schedule payments to suppliers and cluster service providers. • Record expenses by cluster, category, and cost center. 4\. Accounting Records • Enter and classify accounting entries for revenues, expenses, and general journal. • Ensure accurate accounting allocation per cluster. • Maintain up-to-date bank reconciliations. • Assist in monthly accounting closings. • Coordinate with general and tax accounting departments. 5\. Taxes, Services, and Compliance Obligations • Monitor cluster service payments (common area electricity, water, security, etc.). • Assist in compiling information for IMSS, VAT (IVA), and Income Tax (ISR) related to the development (without replacing the tax accountant). • Validate correct tax-compliant invoicing for revenues and expenses. • Safeguard CFDIs and tax documentation. 6\. Administrative and Financial Reports on: * Rental income * Collections and overdue receivables * Operating expenses * Cluster cash flow * Prepare information for management and shareholders. 7\. Administrative and Financial Improvement * Propose process improvements in billing, collections, and expense control. * Implement administrative controls to prevent errors or losses. * Support standardization of administrative practices across clusters. **We Offer:** \- Monthly salary of $10,000 to $12,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications \- Biweekly payroll \- Work schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break), and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM \- Statutory benefits \- Savings fund We seek candidates preferably with an accounting background, willingness to travel to development sites, proactive attitude, and strong motivation to build a long-term career and advance within the company.
