Main Responsibilities Select and integrate top candidates to perform as Delinquent Portfolio Managers. Ensure that each Delinquent Portfolio Manager understands the process of Key Tasks. * Ensure knowledge and mastery of tools and alternatives enabling the team to recover the assigned portfolio. * Train and develop Delinquent Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. * Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and promote long-term engagement. * Evaluate performance and provide feedback to Delinquent Portfolio Managers.
