




Position Objective Build a trained, motivated, empowered, and integrated team of Delinquent Portfolio Managers, ensuring retention through leadership to maximize recovery of the assigned portfolio by offering solutions and payment alternatives to debtors, focusing on collections for accounts delinquent for less than 13 weeks, to prevent portfolio write-offs. Main Responsibilities Select and integrate top candidates to perform as Delinquent Portfolio Managers. Ensure that each Delinquent Portfolio Manager understands the process of Key Tasks. * Ensure knowledge and mastery of tools and alternatives enabling the team to recover the assigned portfolio. * Train and develop Delinquent Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. * Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and promote long-term engagement. * Evaluate performance and provide feedback to Delinquent Portfolio Managers.
