




***Industrial sector company is seeking:*** ***Talent Analyst*** 3 years of experience ***Your daily activities and responsibilities:*** * Design and execute recruitment and selection strategies *(operational, administrative, managerial)* * Execute onboarding and induction processes * Monitor and implement the employee engagement plan *(staff retention strategies)* * Management, planning, and creativity for internal events * Define and monitor the monthly recognition program * Develop and analyze workplace climate surveys * Manage the annual internal communication plan * Update and monitor performance dashboards (PSQCDME) * General support in procedures and services * Request and manage meal vouchers, weekly receipts, deliveries, and clarifications ***Your working hours will be:*** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
