We seek a candidate with experience in software development, technological project leadership, and the ability to coordinate work teams. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring technological solutions that contribute to improving the company's internal and operational processes. · Main Responsibilities Internal systems development and maintenance. Software solutions analysis, design, and implementation. Technological project coordination and monitoring. Technical supervision and support for the development team. Process optimization using technological tools. Preparation of technical reports and documentation. Incident tracking and continuous improvement of platforms and systems. Collaboration with various departments to identify technological needs. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field. Age: 25 to 35 years. Gender: Unrestricted. Experience in software development and programming. Personnel management experience. Knowledge of databases, web development, and system maintenance. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
