We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and technology-passionate **Software Specialist** to join our IT team. **What will you be doing?** As a specialist, you will serve as the bridge between our company’s business needs and technical execution. Your key responsibilities include: * **Maintenance and Optimization:** Ensuring the stability of our current platforms. * **Advanced Technical Support:** Resolving Level-2 software incidents. * **Documentation:** Creating technical and user manuals to ensure knowledge continuity. * **Implementation:** Collaborating in the deployment of new functionalities. **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar roles (application support, junior development, or systems analysis). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Database management (basic/intermediate SQL). * Understanding of programming languages (Java, .NET, or Python). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Our Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $14,000 \- $16,000 MXN **gross** (based on qualifications). * **Employment Type:** Direct hire by the company. * **Statutory Benefits from Day One:** * Social Security (IMSS). * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements per the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Vacation bonus. * 15-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** If you meet the profile and seek stability within a continuously growing company, we want to meet you!
