Job Description: A hotel located in the center of Oaxaca is seeking a Receptionist with passion for customer service and attention to detail to join our professional team. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (Front Desk or Concierge) within boutique or luxury hotels. * **Systems:** Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS), preferably Opera Cloud. * **Languages:** English — ability to conduct business conversations, resolve incidents, and perform registration processes professionally. * **Education:** Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Availability:** Full schedule flexibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized attention and warm welcome to guests. * Accurately manage guest registration (Check\-in) and departure (Check\-out) procedures. * Provide information and recommendations regarding local cultural and gastronomic offerings. * Efficiently and independently handle and resolve guest requests and incidents. * Operate hotel management systems and oversee basic administrative processes within the department. * Handle billing and payment processing at the front desk. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * On-the-job training. * Statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment and professional stability.
