Driving holistic employee development **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HUMAN DEVELOPMENT ANALYST!** Drive holistic employee development through growth plans, training, and mentoring, fostering teamwork integration and promoting a healthy, equitable, and organizationally well-being-oriented work environment. **What We Offer:** **Upon Onboarding** * Initial gross monthly salary: $9,451.00 (for the first 3 months). * Initial net monthly income: $9,071.00, paid biweekly at $4,536.00 each. **After 3 Months:** * Gross monthly salary: $11,409.00 * Net monthly income: $10,230.00, paid biweekly at $5,115.00 each. * Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Year-end bonus, profit-sharing, and double savings fund contribution. * Vacation days and additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official non-working days and CNBV-designated holidays. **Position Characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 100% on-site work. * Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the state. **Responsibilities** * Conducting workshops on team integration and strengthening. * Monitoring and tracking workplace climate, promoting integration, leadership, and collaborative work. * Planning, coordinating, and managing logistics for institutional events. * Addressing and resolving workplace climate-related incidents. **What We Seek in a Candidate** * Psychology, Communication, or Pedagogy student completing internship or graduate. * Minimum 6 months of experience in related fields. * Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods (to 9 states across Mexico; travel expenses covered by the company). * Preferably, ability to drive a standard vehicle.
