Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Filing Services) | Work from Home
SupportZebra is urgently hiring **Bilingual Customer Support Representatives** to assist a U.S.\-based company specializing in LLC formation and renewal services. As a Support Representative, you will provide high\-quality service via **phone, chat, or email** to help business owners manage their company formation, renew their subscriptions and licenses, and resolve billing or account\-related inquiries.
This is a **work\-from\-home** opportunity with a stable daytime schedule. **Upselling and retention** may be required when assisting customers with renewals or additional services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via **phone, chat, or email**
* Assist with LLC formation and renewal processes, including subscription and license renewals
* Address **billing inquiries, password resets, and account updates**
* Offer additional services and products where applicable (upselling \& retention)
* Provide accurate and professional customer support in a timely manner
**What We’re Looking For**
* **Fluent English (C1\+)** – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in **customer support, sales, or retention** roles (preferred)
* Ability to **handle billing, account updates, and subscription renewals**
* Comfortable **upselling and offering retention solutions** when needed
* Tech\-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes
* Reliable internet connection and a **quiet workspace** for remote work

Pay: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
