Main responsibilities: Lay out fabric in an orderly and efficient manner. Operate and perform basic maintenance on fabric cutting machines (manual and/or automatic). Cut garments and pieces according to patterns and technical sheets. Verify cut quality and optimize fabric utilization. Requirements: Proven experience in textile cutting (preferably in uniforms, workwear, or similar). Knowledge of fabric spreading and use of cutting machines. Ability to interpret molds and patterns. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Teamwork and willingness to learn.
